This is accomplished by incorporating a fallback email system that will react when your primary system goes offline. While in this interim mode of operation your staff can read and reply to emails that are being held and serviced by this secondary system. When your primary system resumes operation, your emails will automatically flow back to that system thereby allowing your normal email operation to continue.
